My stay at the Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites in Salt Lake City had its ups and downs. The customer service was really good, and the breakfast options were surprisingly extensive. However, I did encounter issues with cleanliness in my room and some noise from the surroundings, which dampened the overall experience.

The hotel’s staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me, especially when I arrived late and needed assistance. My room was clean and well-equipped, although the breakfast could use a bit more variety. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, especially given its convenient downtown location. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salt Lake City. 😊
